When you use our ring sizer prior to our making your ring, we guarantee your fit. You may order the sizer before you order your ring. Or when you order your sizer at the time of your ring order, we’ll hold your order until you confirm your size by email. 

Once you’re used our sizer, if we deliver your ring, and it does not fit, we pay for the round-trip shipping for your free ring resize or replacement within the U.S. and provide a discount for overseas shipping.

There are two ways to request our sizer:
1. Order your ring sizer for a modest fee before you order your ring(s): Order your ring sizer here.
2. Request a sizer as part of your order at the time that you order your ring(s), and we will hold your order, send your sizer, and wait for an email from you with your size(s).
In either case, we will mail a ring sizer to you promptly. This is a physical, plastic set of rings in whole and half sizes that you can play with until you are certain you have a correct size. And if you find one plastic ring is too big and one is too small, we can make a quarter size for you. Please follow our included instructions for best fit.

Our blue diamonds are white diamonds treated with heat to produce a brilliant blue color. They have VS (high) clarity, are available in a variety of carat weights, and they are very beautiful. They are now certified (New!).

Our blue diamonds are not covered by our one free year of loss protection for white diamonds. We recommend insuring your ring through your homeowner’s policy or Jewelers Mutual Insurance. The benefit of using Jeweler’s Mutual Insurance is that they cover mysterious disappearance without a police report. Homeowner’s policies tend to require a police report, even if you are certain you lost your ring when you were swimming at the lake! Jeweler’s Mutual Insurance is the same insurance company that insures just about every jewelry business in the country. They are well respected and reliable. (And no, we don’t get a cut!)

We do not offer untreated, natural blue diamonds, as we do not have a reputable source for them. We’re not wild about natural blue diamonds, anyway, even if we could find them, as they are very costly and don’t have the brilliant, intense, blue color of the heat-treated diamonds.

Blue diamonds, even the treated ones we carry, are tricky to find. When you order a blue diamond ring, we will begin the search for the blue diamond that we will hand-select for your ring. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your blue diamond ring. The claddagh band will arrive in the same time frame, and it may arrive in a separate package.
